Return Policy

**Please Note our NEW Return Policy effective 3/17/13**

Belly bands* that meet the following guidelines are eligible for return:

• They must be UNUSED.  They must be in the same condition as we sent them in.  They cannot be washed, used or worn for any period of time.
• They must be returned (postmarked) within 7 days from the date you received them.
• They must have a Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.  Contact Us for a return authorization number.  Please provide your order number, and the reason for the return.
• For exchanges – we will send you a coupon code for your purchase price so you can submit a new order.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• For refunds, we will refund your original purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee.  You will be credited via the same method you used to pay for your order.

*This does not apply to extra-wide custom made belly bands, strap bands, or bands that are specifically marked non-returnable.

Pet Beds, pillows, placemats, bandanas, are custom made to order and cannot be returned.

We cut the fabrics for your order and prepare it for processing as soon as your order is placed.  For this reason, if you cancel an order before we have shipped, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee on your total amount.
